A Hydraulic Scissor Lift is a mechanical lifting platform powered by a hydraulic system. It uses linked, folding supports in a crisscross “X” pattern known as a scissor mechanism to raise or lower goods / personnel. The vertical motion is achieved by pressurizing the hydraulic fluid into the cylinder, which actuates the lift. At Drives & Drives, we design and manufacture both fixed and movable scissor lifts. We also supply Made-in-China manually towed and fully electric manlifts.
Our scissor lifts have in-built safety features such as limit switches for height control, overload relief valves, motor overload protection and emergency stop. In case of power failure, the platform remains in position and will not move downwards unless a non-return valve is operated manually.
The A.C. power pack is equipped with motor of reputed make such as Torque or Robust. We utilize hydraulic cylinders with operating pressures as high as 120 bar, reducing the need for higher number of cylinders for heavy lifting. Our scissor lifts are designed as per Indian standard IS 800.
Sturdy Construction: Made from heavy-duty structural steel or alloy materials for durability and long service life. We also provide scissor lifts in stainless steel construction suitable for corrosive environments.
Customized platform sizes: Can be tailored to meet specific application or workspace requirements.
Height Adjustability: Easily adjustable platform height for working at various elevations.
High Load Capacity: Designed to handle heavy loads, typically ranging from a few hundred kilograms to several tons.
Hydraulic Operation: Powered by a hydraulic system, ensuring smooth, reliable and efficient lifting performance.
Fixed and Movable Varieties: We can design and install different types of scissor lifts as per customer requirement including pit-mounted, fixed overground or movable scissor lifts.
