Its height adjustment function can set up a level between the truck and the storage area, so that forklift and other material handling equipment can drive into the truck for loading or unloading of pallets or other materials. Our hydraulic dock levelers have heavy duty construction (design approved by civil structural chartered engineer, if required) with long lasting leak-proof hydraulic system and Power pack. An electric control panel is provided for up-down travel of dock leveler.
The dock leveler platform consists of checkered steel plate to prevent skidding of loads. Two sides are equipped with curtains to avoid accident in case foot is extended into the platform area during operation.
We also offer edge of dock levelers which are smaller and more economical than regular dock levelers. These levelers are usually used when there are not many goods to be handled. Customized designs can be provided for both dock levelers and edge of dock levelers as per the application requirements. All our material handling equipment are designed as per Indian standard IS 800.
